Job summary

Green Revolution in Poulsbo, WA is seeking a Fulfillment Operator to accurately inspect and prepare our trademarked cannabis products for client orders. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, verify stock, and maintain precise records to ensure on-time delivery.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm, in a fast-paced warehouse, uphold safety guidelines, assist with receiving and cycle counts, and respond to customer inquiries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and inventory skills.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment.
• Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare Green Revolution’s finished cannabis products for client orders.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately according to procedures.
• Verify inventory levels and maintain records using inventory systems.
• Monitor product quality and report issues to management.
• Assist with receiving, stocking inventory, cycle counting, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with order tracking and customer service inquiries as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
