Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor in Minnesota to oversee daily order processing, shipping, and delivery scheduling. You will coordinate with Production, Inventory and Sales to meet service goals and ensure driver safety and regulatory compliance throughout operations.

You will manage warehousing, inventory control, and vehicle maintenance while maintaining GMP/HACCP standards and reporting on weekly audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a production environment with 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Gemba Walks).
• Ability to manage and motivate hourly staff and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Adapts to a fast‑paced startup environment and maintains professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day processing and shipping operations for GTI products.
• Route daily vehicle movements while complying with DOT rules and ensuring service quality.
• Coordinate with Production, Inventory, and Sales to meet objectives.
• Manage warehousing, inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Ensure drivers comply with all regulations and company policies.
• Monitor fulfillment schedules and plan maintenance for PITs and vehicles.
• Assist with waste profiles, manifests, and shipping documents; maintain records.
• Conduct weekly finished product inventory audits and report results.
• Coordinate across Leads, Supervisors, and Managers to align operations.
• Adhere to state laws/regulations affecting GTI operations and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance.
