A leading cannabis lifestyle brand in Tempe is looking for a Filling Technician to operate filling machinery and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a quality or manufacturing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector. Responsibilities include performing product inspections, regulating machine operations, and maintaining safety protocols. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in a quality or manufacturing department of a pharmaceutical or Medical.
Experience within a regulated environment.
Experience in product Q/C and Q/A.
Responsibilities
Perform product inspection for defects, leaks, and particulates.
Observe machine operations to ensure conformity to quality standards.
Adjust machine components as per warehouse standards.
Regulate machine flow, speed, and temperature.
Stop or reset the machine when malfunctions occur.
Skills
Knowledge of filling and Q/C Q/A operations and regulatory guidelines
Basic math
Ability to work within established warehouse procedures and practices
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
Education
High School Diploma/GED with work experience
