Job summary

Trulieve in Quincy, FL, is seeking an Extraction Technician I to support extraction and production operations. You will prep, weigh, and ensure quality of input and output material, while following cGMP and safety guidelines.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to work with extraction equipment, and collaboration with the extraction team to maintain documentation and achieve performance metrics. 40+ hours weekly with potential for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; strong communication and organizational skills.
• 1+ year in processing quality at Trulieve or similar.
• Experience with cannabis processing equipment preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a controlled environment.
• Must be 21+ and pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming flower and pre-roll material for moisture, texture, quality and size.
• Weigh, package, and handle flower, fresh frozen, and trim during and after machine operation.
• Perform basic machine setup and routine equipment checks; document metrics.
• Maintain cGMP-compliant documentation and PM records.
