Job summary

Story Cannabis is seeking an Extraction Technician for 2nd shift in Maryland. You will assist hydrocarbon extraction, operate and maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with GMP-like safety and quality standards.

A strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, prior lab or production experience (cannabis industry a plus), and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a laboratory or production environment preferred, cannabis industry a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hydrocarbon extraction processes under supervision.
• Operate and maintain extraction equipment with proper calibration and cleanliness.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols for safe, efficient extraction.
• Maintain detailed records of extraction runs, yields, and inventory.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with team to keep production flowing.
