Stash Ventures is seeking a Full-Time Cannabis Consultant (Budtender) at Timber Grand Rapids Ann St. You’ll greet guests, answer questions, verify IDs, and process purchases in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

You’ll maintain merchandise displays and assist in audits using METRC while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include cash handling, updating menus, and staying current on product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Cannabis knowledge required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check.
• Team player with attention to detail.
• Able to work in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest personally with enthusiasm.
• Answer, assist, and route calls professionally.
• Verify IDs and document guest information for records.
• Use computer systems to check-in guests and perform duties.
• Manage guest flow into the sales area for a positive experience.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing and mail sorting.
• Keep dispensary clean, stocked, and organized.
• Handle orders, cash, and balance the drawer.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and products.
• Break down bulk flower into sellable quantities.
• Update menus and signage with informative details.
• Assist in weekly/daily audits and monthly METRC inventories.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
