Flame & Flora in Prior Lake, MN seeks a budtender to greet customers with warmth and guide cannabis selections. You will educate on effects, terpenes, and dosing, while displaying products and maintaining a welcoming, safe environment.

The role emphasizes compliance with tribal regulations, teamwork with managers, and participation in training, promotions, and loyalty programs. Open Thursday–Saturday evenings, 15–25 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass pre-employment background check per tribal regulations.
• Genuine passion for cannabis and customer education.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with hospitality and warmth.
• Educate on cannabis selection focusing on effects, terpenes, and experience.
• Share knowledge on product types, dosing, and responsible use.
• Provide recommendations based on needs and goals.
• Assist with deli-style flower experience and product displays.
• Maintain knowledge of all Flame & Flora products and stay compliant.
