Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking an Edibles Product Agent for our growing facility in Ohio. The Agent will support production and packaging of infused edible products, performing prep, cleaning, cooking, labeling and operating basic machinery.

You will follow supervisor instructions, maintain safety standards, and ensure quality and compliance with state requirements. A fast-paced environment and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a general production role.
• Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
• Understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
• Excellent task-management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Attention to detail for precise packaging and labeling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Work around plant material and exposure to dust may occur.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to sit/stand and perform manual tasks for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff in daily production of cannabis-infused foods using commercial machinery.
• Follow batch production and SOPs to maintain potency and homogenization.
• Help ensure quality control and resolve issues with edibles.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the production area.
• Assist with labeling, packaging and tracking of finished edibles.
• Ensure personal hygiene and use of PPE in production areas.
• Sanitize production equipment and workspace after use.
• Support cross-department training and task completion as needed.
