Job summary

Trulieve in Florida is seeking a Dispensary Associate-Part Time to guide customers on their cannabis journey, educate them on products and effects, and ensure compliant, efficient purchases.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, cash handling, teamwork, and the ability to operate a POS system while maintaining a clean, stocked work environment. Flexible evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required; up to 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Prior retail/customer service experience is a plus.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Assist customers with product questions and guide them on pathways to purchase.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow Trulieve Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Support delivery/online orders as needed.
