Responsibilities include greeting customers, using POS and compliance systems, educating on products and dosing, and maintaining store standards while supporting the team and upholding company values.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain a MED badge.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Success working closely with a myriad of different personality types.

Responsibilities

• Provide best patient/customer experience to visitor.
• Welcome each person entering the dispensary with a warm greeting.
• Must be on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts.
• Build rapport with patients/customers to ensure return visits.
• Enter patients/customers into POS systems and compliance workflows.
• Answer phones and maintain proper phone etiquette.
• Educate patients/customers on products, strains, and usage.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the store.
• Maintain compliance and follow procedures during a sale.
