Job summary

Push Operations is seeking a Budtender to work with guests one-on-one, recommending cannabis products that fit their needs and ensuring an excellent experience through friendly service and product knowledge.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail or customer service, cannabis knowledge, and the ability to work weekends/evenings. You will handle POS transactions, maintain clean shelves, and stay compliant with regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• One year of retail or other applicable customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cannabis required.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to pass background checks.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Welcome each guest personally with enthusiastic words and body language.
• Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for guests.
• Maintain dispensary cleanliness and stocking with team.
• Input orders, collect payment, and provide correct change.
• Handle cash drawer accurately and balance daily.
• Conduct nightly inventory of dispensary products.
• Update menus and signage with clear product information.
• Follow company standards and perform other duties as assigned.
