Job summary

Trulieve in West Virginia is seeking a Part Time Dispensary Associate to guide customers on their cannabis journey, educate them on products, and deliver exceptional service. You will process orders, maintain a clean workstation, and ensure compliance with state regulations while helping patients.

This role requires a high school diploma, customer-service experience, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old (18+ in WV).
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers about cannabis products and effects.
• Process patient orders following state regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Follow Trulieve policies and procedures and work with the leader on duty.
• Assist with returns and resolve customer issues.
