Job summary

Trulieve in Georgia is seeking a part-time Dispensary Associate to educate customers about cannabis products, process orders, and deliver excellent service. Weekend availability is required, and the role reports to the General Manager.

The position emphasizes accurate cash handling, adherence to state regulations, and maintaining a clean, efficient store environment while providing a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be minimum 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Retail and/or customer service experience is a plus.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Capable of working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Educate customers about products and effects of cannabis products.
• Process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Assist with returns and issue resolution with leadership on duty.
