Your Green Package in Natick, MA is hiring a Cannabis Transporter responsible for a daily route of deliveries between marijuana establishments. The role blends driving with superior customer service, coordinating with dispatch, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance on every run.

You will join a team of transporters, dispatchers, and managers, with training at $15/hour and a transition to the standard hourly rate after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or above
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with minimum 3 years driving history
• Clean driving record
• Must pass a drug screen (THC not disqualifier)
• Flexible with varying work hours to cover transportation needs
• Excellent verbal communication and human relation skills
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and POS software
• Must complete role-specific training program
• Able to multitask and stay organized

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures for daily operations and comply with state marijuana regulations
• Provide exceptional service on behalf of designated dispensary
• Deliver products between marijuana establishments
• Ensure safe transport with accurate manifests, quantities, dates, and mileage
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational readiness
• Coordinate with dispatchers and managers to optimize routes
• Assist in building long-term rapport with customers
• Escalate customer conflicts professionally
• Support team during start/end of day procedures
• Act as liaison between establishments and management to improve experience
