Job summary

MUV in Florida is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to organize a delivery team and oversee orders from our cannabis patient customers. You will plan routes, manage Onfleet, and ensure timely, compliant delivery in accordance with state regulations.

The role requires 25+ years old, 2–3 years client engagement, Biotrack experience, strong software skills, and a focus on accuracy, safety, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old and compliant with local, state, and company regulations.
• 2–3 years of client engagement experience preferred.
• Experience with Biotrack systems expected.
• Knowledge of medical Cannabis policy and law preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and internet navigation.
• POS software and cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare transportation manifests and obtain signatures per state regulations; delegate routes to delivery teams.
• Plan and follow local routes and schedules; manage Onfleet program.
• Maintain professional communication with customers regarding arrival times and status.
• Ensure the team delivers with high service standards for online orders.
• Load, unload, inspect, and operate delivery vehicles.
• Coordinate and support order delivery and online order management.
• Maintain the online Express Management system and call center communications.
