Green Thumb in Hackettstown, NJ is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver cannabis to dispensaries statewide. You will follow routes, keep records, and ensure compliance with state laws while providing excellent customer service. The role requires a valid driver’s license and a state cannabis badge.

You will work in a regulated environment with safety-focused procedures and teamwork with logistics and sales to resolve delivery issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED; associates preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable MVR.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain state cannabis badge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cannabis to dispensaries on time and report delays.
• Safely load/unload products and verify quantities.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance records.
• Provide excellent customer service at each dispensary.
• Keep detailed compliance and delivery paperwork up to date.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and sales to resolve issues.
