Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely deliver cannabis products to customers in Virginia. You will transport products, keep delivery schedules, and provide excellent customer service.

A passion for driving and reliability is essential. Responsibilities include loading the van, following medical cannabis regulations, vehicle maintenance, document handling, and maintaining professional relationships with dispensaries.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional driving experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass required background checks, including MVR and state cannabis requirements.
• Must comply with all legal or company cannabis regulations.
• Flexible schedule including varying shifts (mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van at the start of the day for daytime deliveries.
• Follow state laws and regulations for medical cannabis delivery.
• Maintain vehicle and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Manage delivery documents and manifests for filing.
• Maintain positive relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate issues promptly while making deliveries.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
