Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport cannabis products to customers, while maintaining schedules and delivering excellent service. The role requires reliability, strong driving skills, and clear communication.

Responsibilities include loading vehicles, adhering to state regulations, maintaining vehicles, and handling delivery paperwork. Prior cannabis experience is not required, but compliance and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional driving experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass required background checks including MVR and state cannabis requirements.
• Must comply with all legal/company regulations for working in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van at the start of the day for deliveries.
• Interpret and comply with state cannabis delivery regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance as needed (tires, fluids).
• Manage delivery documents and manifests for filing.
• Maintain positive relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate timely when issues arise during deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
