Green Thumb Industries is hiring a Delivery Driver in Virginia. You will deliver cannabis to dispensaries, follow schedules, manage vehicle inventory, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with state laws.

You will maintain logs, support order fulfillment, and coordinate with sales to resolve delivery issues. The role requires a valid driver's license and adherence to safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree or certifications preferred.
• Ability to work well with others while also completing individually assigned tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Hold and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Previous cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute all deliveries on time and communicate any delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensary.
• Efficiently load and unload product from the delivery vehicles.
• Verify items and quantities for delivery.
• Maintain driver logs and complete all necessary paperwork.
