Job summary

Cresco Labs in Winchester, AR is seeking a delivery driver to transport cannabis medications to Sunnyside dispensaries. The role requires strict adherence to state regulations, timely deliveries, and accurate documentation.

You will interact with logistics and dispensary teams, maintain vehicle records, and provide excellent customer service. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (6:00am–2:30pm) with a starting pay around $20 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening, MVR report, and onboarding requirements.
• Must have flexible schedule to accommodate delivery routes.
• Ability to read maps and use GPS.
• Requires work around plant material, pollen/dust exposure.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive actions with hands for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport medication to dispensaries.
• Understand state regulations related to delivery/distribution of medical cannabis and ensure compliance by staff.
• Execute deliveries on time and communicate delays to Logistics leadership and dispensaries.
• Follow all rules of the road.
• Accept payments from dispensaries.
• Maintain vehicles and keep logs of maintenance.
• Complete necessary paperwork (checklists, rejection sheets).
• Coordinate with Logistics Leadership and Sales to resolve product issues.
• Communicate with dispensaries about schedules as needed.
• Work in other departments and tasks as needed.
• Develop positive relationships with dispensaries.
