You will verify customer IDs, maintain delivery records, and follow routes with dispatch support. The position demands flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and compliance with all regulatory requirements for cannabis delivery.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and pass a background check.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and routes; able to follow regulations for cannabis delivery.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently delivers cannabis products to customers within designated delivery areas.
• Verifies and validates customer identification and age to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintains accurate records of deliveries and issues encountered.
• Handles and transports cannabis products securely and undamaged during transit.
• Provides excellent customer service and addresses inquiries professionally.
• Follows company policies on vehicle maintenance, safety, and security.
• Creates efficient routes and coordinates with dispatch for assignments and updates.
• Adheres to traffic laws to ensure safe driving.
• When no deliveries are scheduled, assists with store tasks as needed.
