Job summary

Curaleaf, a leading global cannabis provider, is seeking a Delivery Driver in Buckeye Lake, Ohio. This full-time, non-exempt role involves local routes, safety-first driving, and delivering cannabis products to dispensaries and wholesale partners across the state.

You'll operate a Sprinter van, maintain logs, complete required paperwork, and collaborate with inventory and logistics teams. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a purpose-driven company.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record; pass a full background check.
• Dependable, organized, and able to follow routes, schedules, and safety procedures.
• Understand and follow all state cannabis delivery regulations.
• Comfortable driving a Sprinter van or similar vehicle.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport products to dispensaries and wholesale partners while following all company and state regulations
• Execute deliveries on time and communicate with logistics team and dispensaries about delays
• Follow safety best practices on road and during loading/unloading
• Maintain clean, well-kept vehicles and document maintenance issues
• Complete delivery paperwork, checklists, and rejection forms
• Partner with inventory team to resolve product issues and ensure delivery accuracy
• Collaborate with dispensaries to coordinate delivery schedules and build relationships
• Support other departments after routes are completed (packaging, labeling, inventory, production)
• Maintain driver logs and comply with policies and laws
• Work a flexible schedule may include extended hours
