Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport cannabis products to customers in a safe, timely, and discreet manner.

You will load the van, follow delivery routes, verify orders, collect signatures, and maintain professional customer interactions throughout the delivery process. This role requires attention to state regulations, reliable attendance, and the ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of professional driving experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass required background checks, including MVR and state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Scheduling & availability for mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable, responsible attendance.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Load the delivery van at the start of the day for outbound deliveries.
• Interpret and apply state laws and regulations for medical cannabis delivery.
• Maintain vehicle and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
• Manage delivery documents and manifests for filing.
• Maintain positive relationships with dispensary staff.
• Communicate promptly when issues arise during deliveries.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
