Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent will provide on-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens, perform day-to-day plant care, watering, pruning, and trimming, and ensure product quality.

You will follow Cresco Labs policies and maintain a clean, efficient production area in alignment with state regulations. Ideal candidates have at least two years in general production, strong time-management, and the ability to work in indoor and greenhouse

Qualifications

• Two years of general production experience, preferably in a regulated field.
• Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plant Care: pruning, topping, trimming and moving plants to ensure health and production.
• Facility Cleaning: maintain a clean and safe cultivation facility and dispose of waste.
• Reports and Documentation: track plants from birth to harvest and record lot/ tracking numbers.
