Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Eligible to obtain/maintain Florida Facility Agent Card.
• 1–3 years in cannabis cultivation or related fields.
• Knowledge of cannabis growth cycles preferred or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently or in teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and task consistency.
• Positive, team-oriented communicator.

Responsibilities

• Pruning, defoliation, trimming, and plant support tasks.
• Clone, transplant, water, fertilize, and transition plants.
• Monitor plant health and report signs of stress, pests, or disease.
• Record data on plant development and environmental conditions.
• Assist in harvesting flowering plants and preparing for post-harvest.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace.
• Follow SOPs, schedules, and task lists from cultivation leadership.
• Support special projects or cross-functional tasks within cultivation.
