Maven Genetics is seeking a skilled Cultivation Technician and IPM Applicator in San Fernando, California. This role involves hands-on responsibilities including harvesting, deep cleaning, replanting, and applying IPM products while adhering to all regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of plant biology and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a benefits package including medical, vision, and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of plant biology, pests, and diseases specific to cannabis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Safely mix and apply IPM products.
• Participate in mandatory training sessions.
