Responsibilities

• Assists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting.
• Cleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including floors, walls, tables, equipment; sweeping, mopping, trash removal, sanitizing.
• Follows compliance procedures mandated by state licensing requirements.
• Maintains open communication with management team and co-workers.
• Maintains a professional attitude towards coworkers and management.
• Follows guidelines, training information and policies when performing duties.
• Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Cultivation Tech I is an entry level position that maintains and completes daily projects assigned by the Cultivation Manager/Supervisor. This position will be responsible for assisting in all areas of grow operations to include potting, manicuring, and harvesting. Sun-Thurs: 7am-4pm

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting.
• Cleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including but not limited to floors, walls, tables, equipment and sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, sanitizing.
• Follows compliance procedures mandated by the state licensing requirements.
• Maintains open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
• Maintains a professional attitude towards coworkers and management.
• Follows operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
• Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
• Completes assigned tasks, projects, and expectations in accordance with the company's mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times
• The ability to respond quickly to sounds
• The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
• The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
• The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
• The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time
• The ability to work in bright/hot/humid conditions
• The ability to work in high CO2 environments
• The ability to use a half face respirator
• The ability to complete fine motor functions
• The ability to work in low light situations
