Responsibilities

• Care for plants from clone to harvest and maintain quality.
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to optimize conditions.
• Inspect plants for health, pests, or disease.
• Assist with harvest: cut, trim, weigh, and record inventory.
• Support curing: hang, monitor climate, label and weigh products.
• Operate lighting, irrigation, climate-control systems and keep areas clean.
• Pace during high-demand periods to prep products, including extraction items.
• Follow state regulations and label plants accurately.
