Job summary

Jushi Holdings Inc. in the United States is seeking a Cultivation Technician to support the Cultivation Department. This role involves manual labor and strict adherence to SOPs and operational guidelines to help grow high-quality cannabis products.

Daily tasks include plant care, leaf work, data input for seed-to-sale systems, cleaning and room preparation; weekly and monthly duties expand to inventory, IPM activities, and safety meetings, with opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in horticulture or related field, or 2+ years cultivation experience, or Virginia Pharmacy Technician registration.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Knowledge of large-scale cannabis cultivation including nutrients, media, light, temperature, and airflow.
• Experience with compliance systems.
• Advanced cannabis plant and genetics knowledge.
• Strong accountability, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across audiences.
• Basic math skills.
• Understanding of relevant laws and SOPs.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Proficiency with office equipment and software (word processing, databases, spreadsheets, email).
• Ability to collaborate with staff, management, and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Complete duties during scheduled shifts and support management.
• Follow SOPs and the company’s guidelines.
• Perform initial cultivation tasks and grow operations.
• Carry out plant care, leaf work, and data input for seed-to-sale systems.
• Engage in cleaning and room preparation; assist with weekly/monthly tasks.
• Support inventory counts, IPM activities, and safety meetings.
