Curaleaf is seeking a Cultivation Associate in West Phoenix, AZ to join the Genetics team. You will learn hands-on cultivation, support plant health, and help maintain quality through cross-training across cultivation activities.

The role emphasizes rigorous attention to detail, reliability, and the development of skills in propagation, labeling, and inventory management within a fast-paced cannabis cultivation environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and reliable documentation skills.
• Solid math and measurement skills; comfortable using a scale.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily plant care: cuttings, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming.
• Support propagation and early-stage care with labeling and tracking.
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature for optimal growth.
• Inspect plants for health and report findings to the team.
• Maintain accurate plant IDs and inventory records throughout cultivation.
• Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems.
• Assist with harvest, curing, and production as needed.
