Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp. is seeking a Cultivation Specialist in New Jersey to support on-site grow operations. You will assist with plant management, cloning, pruning, and training, while ensuring quality and safety in the cultivation rooms. You will report to the Cultivation Manager and may assist other teams as needed to meet production goals.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, ability to follow complex instructions, and safety-conscious teamwork in a regulated facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years in a related position.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must work well in a team and maintain safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support plant management, fertilization, pest and disease monitoring, sanitation, and overall plant growth.
• Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants as directed by Cultivation Manager.
• Monitor quality control measures in accordance with state and local laws.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in production areas.
• Use track and trace system to catalogue and track plants from clone to harvest.
