Job summary

Verano Holdings Corp. in Apollo Beach, FL, is seeking a Cultivation Specialist to support plant management and grow operations at our Verdeño facility. You will assist with fertilization, cloning, trimming, training, and growth optimization to ensure healthy plants and compliant production.

You will follow SOPs, maintain cultivation logs, and coordinate with the Cultivation Manager to meet daily targets. Applicants must be 21+, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and willing to learn equipment

Qualifications

Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a related position.
Able to follow detailed instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
Must be 21 years of age or older and able to register with state cannabis commission as an agent.
Willing to learn facility equipment and operate safely.

Responsibilities

Support plant management, fertilization, disease monitoring, sanitation, and overall plant growth.
Clone, trim, prune, top and train plants as directed by Cultivation Manager.
Monitor quality control measures in line with laws and SOPs.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the facility and production areas.
Catalogue, track and organize plants from clone-to-harvest using track/trace system.
Provide support to additional cultivation and harvest teams as needed.
