Qualifications

• Two years experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to perform duties in indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Plant Care: prune, top, trim, transplant and harvest plants following Cresco Labs policy.
• Facility Cleaning: maintain a clean cultivation area and equipment.
• Reports and Documentation: track plants and document lot numbers and activities.
• Assist Cultivation Manager with reporting and compliance.
