Job summary

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Reliability Technician to support cultivation and production by performing preventive maintenance, repairs, sanitation, and documentation to keep the facility safe and audit-ready.

Located in Tampa, FL, this non-exempt role reports to the Cultivation Manager. The job requires lifting up to 50 lbs, following SOPs, and maintaining accurate logs and records in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation & Compliance: Clean and sanitize cultivation and production areas and maintain logs and records.
• Operational Support: Support production teams by maintaining safe, clean, and efficient work environments and inventory of tools/equipment.
• Cultivation Exposure: Assist with cultivation-related cleaning tasks and equipment handling.
