Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. in Maryland seeks a Cultivation Manager to lead daily cultivation and drench operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient cannabis production.

You will guide a growing team, enforce SOPs, manage scheduling, and drive quality while maintaining regulatory standards from propagation to plant care. Ideal candidates have at least five years of management experience and three years in cultivation/agriculture, with strong leadership, safety focus, and ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Pass Federal and State criminal history background check.
• Minimum five years of management experience.
• Minimum three years of industry experience in cultivation/agriculture.
• Able to regularly handle plant materials with nitrile gloves.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 80 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and ensure SOP compliance.
• Oversee cultivation and drench operations; monitor plant health and quality.
• Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing cultivation team.
• Coordinate scheduling and workforce planning with HR.
• Manage equipment maintenance, inventory, and material orders.
• Track performance and report progress to leadership.
