• Able to register with the state cannabis commission as required.

Responsibilities

• File packing and delivery documents both on paper and electronically.
• Update order statuses in the sales system and prepare expense reports.
• Create and finalize invoices for pending shipments and reflect deliveries.
• Verify product labels, packing slips, and manifests for compliance.
• Perform inventory transfers in state traceability software.
• Print and verify product labels; organize inventory for reporting.
• Assist cultivation/production teams to meet facility goals.
