You will manage tasks from watering and pruning to room sanitation, while maintaining safety and process discipline.

The role emphasizes training, KPI oversight, and collaboration with management to meet production goals in a fast-paced cannabis cultivation environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of team leadership in cannabis, agricultural, or landscaping settings.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass background check per cannabis regulations.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and improve operations.
• Understand basic weight and measurement concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Cultivation Associates in cultivation tasks per schedule.
• Co-lead and support sanitation, room prep, cloning, and mother plant care.
• Care for cannabis plants with oversight from management.
• Maintain crop quality and adherence to grow plan.
• Monitor environmental conditions and record readings.
• Ensure SOP compliance and safety practices.
• Train and coach team members on SOPs and best practices.
• Support labor planning and resource management.
