Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking an Irrigation Technician to support a large-scale indoor cannabis cultivation operation. You will execute irrigation and fertigation tasks, monitor plant health, and input data into logs under the supervision of department leads.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with experience in agriculture preferred. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with potential growth based on performance.

Qualifications

• This position requires familiarity with irrigation and fertigation practices in a cultivation facility.
• Experience following safety protocols and SOPs in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily irrigation tasks and manage fertigation support for large-scale indoor cultivation.
• Record plant health data and water system performance in logs or reporting software.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the irrigation area and equipment.
• Assist with other departments as needed to support production and post-harvest tasks.
• Follow all safety, regulatory, and company policies during shifts.
