Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Plant Health Technician to join our IPM team in Pennsylvania. You will measure, mix, and apply pesticide and foliar solutions to protect crops and ensure compliance with Cresco Labs policies.

You will communicate with the IPM Supervisor and other leads and help maintain logs and reports. The role requires 2 years of production experience, the ability to stand for extended periods, and the PA Pesticide Applicator license or the ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption or equivalent.
• Effective time-management and high attention to detail; able to multi-task.
• Ability to stand and wear PPE for extended periods.
• Ability to obtain Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator License; including required documents & exams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and read pesticide labels.
• Basic math comprehension.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix pesticide and foliar applications and apply per Cresco Labs policy.
• Communicate with IPM Supervisor, IPM Lead, and other department leads.
• Maintain plant health by scouting, scoping, and monitoring per policy.
• Execute pest/disease treatment schedules as directed by IPM Supervisor.
• Assist with data entry and track & trace; fill IPM logs and reports.
