Job summary

Standard Wellness is seeking a Cultivation Agent in Corinne, UT to support the Cultivation Manager in producing healthy cannabis plants. You will assist across planting, watering, fertilizing, trimming, pruning and harvesting while keeping a clean, compliant production area.

Essentials include 21+ age, a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and the ability to pass state background checks; preferred are horticulture credentials and cannabis cultivation experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma, or the equivalent.
• Must be able to pass all background check and licensing requirements as set forth by the state.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Preferred: Two-year degree in horticulture or related field.
• Prior cannabis/cultivation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Water, fertilize, prune, and trim to maintain plant health.
• Monitor plants for disease and pests.
• Keep cultivation equipment and tools clean and organized.
• Document plants from germination to harvest with lot numbers and application details.
• Follow General Agricultural Practices, General Handling Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
