Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking part-time Cannabis Consultants in Michigan to assist and educate customers, process transactions, and maintain inventory for compliance. You will communicate with diverse audiences and deliver top-notch service to patrons.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining a clean store, staying current on product knowledge, using the POS system accurately, and handling cash with precision. Compliance duties and IDs verification are required.

Qualifications

Our Cannabis Consultants are responsible for assisting and educating consumers, completing transactions, cash handling, customer service, and maintaining our quality inventory for compliance and organization. You must possess the ability to effectively communicate with various audiences and have the desire to provide top-notch customer service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales and customer experience by warmly greeting and assisting customers upon arrival.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting retail store environment.
• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented and compliant with established policies and procedures.
• Maintain product and industry knowledge.
• Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system.
• Perform correct cash handling and drawer counting activities.
• Accurate and timely data entry of customer profiles.
• Verifying proper customer paperwork, documentation and IDs.
• Compliance activities such as labeling and verifying order accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.

This is a part-time position.
