Your Compensation:

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $24.04 - $30.04 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $24.04 - $36.06.

This position is eligible for additional incentives paid out on a quarterly basis.

What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with CRB (Cannabis-Related Business) members through various communication channels while ensuring member satisfaction.
• Set up and maintain Business Online Banking for Cannabis Accounts, perform daily deposits, conduct annual reviews, and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained for new account openings.
• Conduct on-site or virtual monitoring of cannabis businesses, and review/manage daily CRB activities and reports.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in finance operations required. Emphasis in managing business accounts or cannabis accounts preferred.
• Experience in cash management preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must complete requirements to obtain/recertify Cannabis Banking Professional Certification.

In addition:

• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Our Hours:

A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday: 8:30AM - 5:00PM

In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
