This is a SALES role with store sales goals, incentives, and personal competitions. You will upsell, explain usage, and promote the loyalty program while upholding Cannabis Regulatory Agency guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cannabis products, uses, and accessories.
• Sales experience.
• 21 years or older.
• Open availability for varied hours/days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Actively listen to customer needs/wants
• Advise and suggest products and strains that would coincide with their needs
• Upsell products and sell add-on items to raise average sales
• Explain proper usage of products
• Inform customers about loyalty program
