Responsibilities

• Educate and safely deliver medication to medical cannabis patients
• Assist patients and caregivers through the dispensary process
• Train team members in the use of cannabis-based medicines
• Maintain organized workflow; verify preparation, labeling, orders and charges
• Comply with state laws and regulations; participate in recordkeeping for compliance
• Maintain safe, clean environment and adhere to infection-control standards
• Engage with eCommerce platform to review orders and patient accounts
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and providers
