Job summary

Green Dragon, part of Vireo Health, is hiring a Budtender in Florida to deliver exceptional customer service in-store. You will leverage product knowledge to enhance each customer’s visit while keeping the store compliant, well-merchandised, and stocked.

The role emphasizes a customer-first experience, product education, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail cannabis environment. Training and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store environment is preferred.
• Customer service experience in fast-paced settings.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for 8-hour shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Able to pass Level 2 Background Screening and obtain fingerprints within 72 hours of offer.
• Able to lift at least 25 lbs and stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Reliable transportation to the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers in a friendly manner and achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in-store and over the phone; process online orders.
• Encourage sales through engagement, suggestive selling and product knowledge.
• Use the POS system accurately and handle cash with proper procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and training binders.
• Uphold company policies and compliance standards.
• Assist with inventory receiving and stocking.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and update signage and tickets.
• Keep store clean, neat, and well-stocked; perform housekeeping.
• Bring a positive attitude for a customer-focused environment.
