Job summary

The CIMA Group LLC is seeking a Brand Ambassador to promote our brands through dispensary-facing activities, educate budtenders, and coordinate merchandising and events. You must live in your territory and bring prior cannabis or retail experience to the role.

Responsibilities include scheduling store visits, engaging staff and customers with product knowledge, and maintaining point-of-sale displays. Weekend/evening work is expected, with a reliable vehicle for in-state travel and prorated

Qualifications

Previous cannabis industry or related retail experience.
Previous customer service or event experience.
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Previous brand ambassador experience.
Proven working experience in brand ambassadorship, marketing, or merchandising a plus.

Responsibilities

Promote all company and related brands through dispensary-facing activities and events.
Educate budtenders and retail staff with product knowledge and promotions.
Coordinate store visits, events, and brand activations.
Maintain and refresh in-store display and merchandising materials.
Build strong relationships with store personnel and customers.
Track opportunities and report on events and field activity.
