Job summary

Dogtopia Milwaukee East Side is hiring energetic, organized dog lovers to serve as Canine Coaches. Your role is to manage and maintain a safe playroom environment for our furry friends, ensuring their health and behavior, while providing a welcoming experience for customers.

Responsibilities include engaging with dogs, caring for them, monitoring health and behavior, assisting customers with a friendly demeanor, and performing cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Consistent and timely attendance.
• Friendly attitude and ability to work with others.
• Willingness to work hard and pitch in for the team.
• Love and care for dogs; ability to stand most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Engage, interact, and enjoy the dogs.
• Care for all dogs as if they were your own.
• Maintain control of large groups of dogs during playtime.
• Stay alert and keep a clean environment.
• Monitor health and behavior issues and address them promptly.
• Assist customers, greet them, and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Perform cleaning tasks, refill water, and take out trash.

Schedule

• AM Shift: 6:30am-1:00pm (Monday – Sunday)
• PM Shift: 1:30pm-8:15pm (Monday – Sunday)

Job Type: Part-time/Full Time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Engage, interact, and enjoy the dogs.
• Care for all dogs as if they were your own.
• Maintain control of large groups of dogs during playtime, making good judgement calls.
• Always stay alert and maintain a clean environment.
• Monitor health and behavior issues and address them promptly.
• Assist customers, greet them, and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Perform cleaning tasks, refill water coolers, do laundry, and take out trash.

• Ability to spend 70% of the time standing.
• Love, affection, play, caring, and romping for dogs.
• Commitment to complete Dogtopia’s training program.
