Job summary

Legacy Franchise Concepts, LP is hiring at Dogtopia in Las Vegas for energetic individuals who love dogs. You will help manage playrooms, ensure cleanliness and safety, and support daily care for a range of canines while training progresses.

You’ll learn dog behavior, participate in basic obedience training, and enjoy a fun, fast-paced team culture with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth; dog-friendly benefits include telehealth for you and your household.

Qualifications

• Must love dogs
• Ability to stand up to 100% of your shift
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain control of large groups of dogs
• Keep playrooms clean and organized
• Assist with cleaning (mopping, sweeping, trash, water refills)
• Ensure dogs are clean and in a safe environment
• Possibly assist with meal prep
• Label and store daycare/boarding belongings properly
• Perform bathing and nail clipping when trained
• Identify dog breeds and behaviors
• Report dog scuffles for safe wound care
• Work with team to meet care standards
• Care for all dogs as if part of family
• Engage, play, and enjoy the dogs

What you'll do

• Maintain control of large groups of dog
• Keeping playrooms clean of messes at all times
• Cleaning includes mopping, sweeping, trash, and water refill
• Being proactive in making sure dogs are always in a clean and safe environment is key!
• Able to perform meal prep with little or no guidance
• Stores daycare and boarding belongings properly with correct labels
• Bathe and nail clip when needed (training is proved)
• Learn how to identify dog breeds and behaviors
• Report dog scuffles right when they occur for safe wound cleaning if needed
• Work with team to assure our quality of care sets the standards for dog care
• Caring for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family
• Engage, play, and enjoy the furry friends!

Compensation:

$14.50 hourly
