Job summary

Dogtopia in Palm Harbor, FL seeks an energetic, organized Canine Coach to manage playrooms, ensure safety, and provide exceptional care for canine guests. You will engage dogs, support customer relations, and contribute to a fun, dynamic team culture across our network of locations.

We value love for dogs, teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude. Training will be provided; some shifts require full-time or part-time availability and physical activity throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort around dogs of all sizes and temperaments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control of large groups of dogs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in play areas.
• Engage dogs in structured play and enrichment.
• Communicate with dog parents via cameras and in person.
• Uphold Dogtopia values and standards.
