Job summary

Happy Paws Llc is seeking a caring Dog Care Attendant in Washington, DC. You will lead enrichment activities, provide daily dog care, and help with feeding and occasional medication. Training is provided, and a friendly, dog-loving team supports your growth.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with dogs, are reliable, and can monitor behavior and comfort levels to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all pets in our care.

Qualifications

• Experience in animal care is a plus but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging play and enrichment activities tailored to each dog.
• Provide daily care, feeding, and occasional medication.
• Keep play areas and other spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Monitor dog behavior, interactions, and overall comfort.
